Team Applegate is a collaboration of Holly Applegate and Bill Applegate. Holly started in the real estate business in 1991. She was Manager of the Cumberland Office of Residential Properties for 24 years. She decided to step down as Manager in 2019 to embark on this new partnership in real estate with her husband. With Holly's experience in real estate, Bill's years in high tech and real estate marketing. They are committed to the importance of listening, being proactive, responding to requests, and finding creative solutions to represent buyers and sellers in one of the most important life decisions. Bill and Holly raised their family in Cumberland, but moved to Historic Benefit Street on the East Side in 2006. This history provides a strong knowledge of the housing market in Northern RI, nearby Mass, and the greater Providence areas. Holly takes pride in her creativity in helping a seller re-create the essence of his or her home with staging and that special touch to help tell a story to a new buyer. She brings attention to detail, enthusiasm and passion for her business, and quick responsiveness to make things happen. Bill's provides a measured and analytical approach, studying market trends to ensure clients are making financially informed decisions. The team is passionate about giving back to their community with their continued involvement at The Players at Barker Playhouse, The Barker Foundation, Burbage Theatre, The Providence Preservation Society, The Rhode Island Historical Society, The Providence Art Club, The Hope Club, The Brown Alumni Club, The Colonial Dames of RI, The Handicraft Club, The Providence Rotary Club, Year Up, and The Mile of History Association. They also are committed to giving grants to non-profit organizations through their Applegate Fund of The RI Foundation.
